CUSTOMER CARE

The Q-STOVE products are covered by the following warranty:
Warranty covers all components of the Q-Flame patio heaters to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the day of purchase (excluding finish). All accessories are covered for a full 30 days to be free of defect in materials and workmanship.
Within this period the manufacturer will correct any defects by repairing or replacing defective parts of the equipment or making available the parts.  The manufacturer will not be obligated to repair or replace equipment which has been repaired by others, abused, altered, misused or overheated. Furthermore, the manufacturer will not be held liable for any losses due to neglectful operation on the part of the purchaser. Upon the expiration of such warranty all such liability will terminate. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Returned merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only. Prior written approval in the form of a return authorisation number must be obtained. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.


To maintain the look of your Q-Flame we recommend cleaning the Q-Flame regularly and using high temperature paint to touch up stoves painted surfaces. NOTE: paint finish is not covered by this limited warranty or any implied warranty.
